Partners

Partners are trusted organisations with which ESO works with to mutual benefit.

A key partner is Worcester Live, they provide us with a home in the city centre in their Huntingdon Hall office, as well as box office facilities. We perform concerts in partnership with Worcester Live at their venues e.g. Huntingdon Hall and the Swan Theatre.

Another important partner of ours is the Elgar School of Music in Worcester, which provides ESO with a city-centre base for our music library. In return, the school benefits from access to the ESO music library for its orchestral ensembles, direct access to ESO orchestra courses for its pupils and access to regular members of the orchestra for masterclasses and workshops.

In the longer term, associations such as these will provide local people with greater opportunities to access live music, as performer or audience member, than those that they currently enjoy – in line with the driving idea behind ESO of inclusion and accessibility.

Our educational partnerships are central to our work of building an audience for the future. The ESO works closely with the Music Hubs in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
