ESO YOUTH MALVERN COLLEGE ORCHESTRAS – APRIL 2026 COURSES

Beginners Orchestra – grade 1-3 

Intermediates Orchestra – grade 4-7

We are excited to announce our residential courses for Beginners and Intermediates musicians.
These courses will be running in partnership with Malvern College, with both music and pastoral staff teams consisting of ESO musicians and Malvern College staff members.
 
Malvern College is located in a glorious setting on the slopes of the Malvern Hills. Our participants can enjoy nearly 200 acres of grounds, accommodation in traditional boarding houses, excellent rehearsal and performance spaces, nutritious onsite catering and the use of first-class sports and leisure facilities.
 
All-Inclusive Fees:
£425 (residential participants)
– 3 nights accommodation – Bed, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
– drinks & snacks provided at break times
– supervised recreational activities led by qualified leaders
 
£325 (day participants)
– Lunch & Dinner
– drinks & snacks provided at break times
– supervised recreational activities led by qualified leaders
 

Deposit of £50 will be required to reserve your place.

Course Structure

30th: arrival from 1.30pm for residents. 2.30pm full rehearsal (day participants to arrive by 2.00pm). Dinner & evening rehearsal until 7.30pm. Day participants go home at 7.30pm.

31st & 1st : 9.30am start (day participants to arrive by 9.15am). Full/sectional rehearsals, lunch & dinner, recreational activities. Day participants go home at 7.30pm.

2nd: CONCERT DAY – rehearsals in the morning followed by lunch. Concert for friends and family at 1.30pm (to finish at 3pm the latest)
