Suitable For young musicians aged 11-19 at Grade 7+ on their instrument
Repertoire to include: Béla Bartók – Concerto for Orchestra
Friday 21st August, 7.00pm, concert at The Bradshaw Hall (Royal Birmingham Conservatoire)

Flute/Piccolo, Oboe/Cor Anglais, Clarinet/Bass Clarinet, Bassoon/Contrabassoon
French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone/Bass Trombone, Tuba

£615 (residential participants)
– minibus shuttle from Bromsgrove Station on 17th
– daily minibus shuttle to/from Bromsgrove Station

Course Structure
17th: arrival from 1.00pm for residents. 3.00pm meet, greet & full rehearsal (day participants to arrive by 2.30pm). Dinner & evening rehearsal until 8.30pm. Day participants go home at 8.30pm.
18th – 20th: 9.30am start (day participants to arrive by 9.15am). Full/sectional rehearsals, lunch & dinner, activities. Day participants go home at 8.30pm.
(20th – GCSE Results Day: participants will be excused to collect their results at their school or check online)
21st: CONCERT DAY. Transport will be provided for all participants to travel from Bromsgrove School to Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. 7.00pm concert at The Bradshaw Hall. 9.15pm – end of concert and HOME TIME!
